D.Sarojini Naidu
B.Debendranath Tagore

A.Annie Besant

Correct Answer: Option C

Hindu Female School, Kolkata's first school for girls, was established in 1849 by Bethune with the help of reformers like Ramgopal Ghosh, Raja Dakshinaranjan Mukherjee, and Pandit Madan Mohan Tarkalankar.

Following Bethune's death in 1851, the Government assumed control of the school in 1856 and renamed it Bethune School.

Subsequently, a Managing Committee was formed, and Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar, a prominent social reformer known for his work against Sati and his advocacy for women's emancipation, became its Secretary.

Therefore, Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar was associated as Secretary with Hindu Female School, later known as Bethune Female School.
